CUVM is a vendor management solution that provides credit unions with a cost effective Vendor Management module. CUVM, originally created as a Colorado CUSO in 2008, was purchased in 2012 by LEVERAGE, Credit Union Solutions Group, and Mountain West Credit Union Association to enhance the existing Self Service platform by adding a Full Service option.
Kelli is the Director of Operations for CUVM. Kelli brings over 15 years of experience in financial services, with an emphasis in operations and training & development. In addition to her work to develop and implement new training programs, she has participated extensively in the strategic planning, organizational development, and change management processes. Kelli is responsible for our staff of Analysts and also works closely with our staff and clients to ensure compliance with NCUA and State Regulations for vendor due diligence. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Metropolitan State College of Denver and a Masters of Education from Colorado State University.
Karen brings over 12 years’ experience in the credit union industry and another 5 years in the banking industry, focusing on lending, collections and mortgages. Karen has implemented new products, created policy and procedure manuals, participated actively in strategic planning, held an officer position on the Denver Area Credit Union Chapter Board, was a member of the Political Action Committee of the CUNA Lending Council, and wrote an article on mortgage lending for the CUNA Lending Council. She grew up in Upstate New York and graduated from Seton Hall University with a BS in Finance.Go to main navigation
